What does sustainability really mean when an organisation manages thousands of uniforms?

For SKYPRO, the answer increasingly lies in measurement, lifecycle thinking and accountability.

Uniforms have an impact long before they reach the wearer and long after they leave service. That makes sustainability more than a question of materials. It involves how garments are designed, produced, managed, maintained, recovered and ultimately given a next life.

Our ESG Report 2025 provides a measurable view of how SKYPRO is addressing that challenge.

Progress starts with measurement

In 2025, SKYPRO reduced total market-based emissions by 23.6% compared with 2024, bringing emissions to 18.1% below our 2022 baseline.

At the same time, SKYPRO products reached organisations across 50+ countries.

For a company operating internationally, growth and responsibility need to evolve together.

A uniform should have more than one life

One of the biggest opportunities lies beyond the first use of a garment.

Instead of treating end-of-use uniforms simply as waste, SKYPRO’s circular approach prioritises:

Through services including Take-Back, Reuse, Repair and Recycling, the objective is to extend product lifecycles and find better outcomes for uniforms and footwear after their initial use.

For organisations managing uniforms at scale, this changes the conversation.

The question is no longer simply “What uniform should we buy?”

It becomes:

“How should we manage its entire lifecycle?”

Raising the bar through transparency

There is still work to do.

And that is precisely why reporting matters.

SKYPRO’s third consecutive ESG Report follows the VSME Basic and Comprehensive modules, providing greater visibility over our environmental, social and governance performance.

As a Portuguese company operating internationally, our ambition is to contribute to raising the bar for sustainability in the corporate uniform industry, combining better products, circular services, digital uniform management and measurable ESG progress.

Because sustainability should not be defined by what a company says.

It should be visible in what it can measure, manage and improve.
